Established in 2003 as a 100% Filipino-capitalized, SEC-registered corporation, Mechanical Dynamics Inc. is your trusted partner in the field of ventilation, air-conditioning, mechanical, and electrical works. Growing from a 20-person operation into a premier contractor employing an estimated 700 personnel, MDI partners closely with the country’s leading developers across hotels, condominiums, industrial plants, office buildings, and shopping centers, offering end-to-end solutions ranging from HVAC design and installation to system automation, custom duct manufacturing, and specialized pipe fittings.
